I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Ross Stores (Orlando, FL) in July 2015
Interview
I applied on-line. Within a time span of 2 days, I received an email directly from Ross. The contents of the email are as follows "we have found a candidate more suitable for the position than you". They never had a chance to actually interview me. However, I did manage to apply over the Internet. The on-line application included an on-line assessment. It's based on the questions and answers for the assessment.
It was a group interview, but very easy, received the offer almost right away after verifying I'd be able to complete the required tasks. Manager was very kind, but clear and concise on requirements. Took about 20 minutes

Interview
Called in for interview pretty quickly. It’s not hard at all, especially if you’ve worked in retail before. Probably received a call back within 2 days after applying. Went in for interview & was told on the spot that i got the job.
The process was smooth. The location I worked at was good. They were very flexible with my schedule since I was still in college. Communication is good. Overall, good experience.
