The interview process was very throughout. It is multiple interviews with multiple people, both phone and in person. The hiring process was a bit complicated. They asked for copies of W-2s.

Very basic interview questions. They mostly talked about the company rather talking about my skills. I first me with the Senior Manager and then later in the interview the director came in and talked with me along with another consultant
