I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SAIC (Huntsville, AL) in Oct 2022
Interview
Applied and was asked to do a phone interview the next day, just going over the position. Two days later we scheduled a Teams interview with the team lead of the project I would be working on and his supervisor. It wasn't too technically in-depth, just some trivia questions on design principles and networking protocols. Five days later I got a phone call with an offer.

It turned out surprisingly solid, especially since I showed up completely unprepared, but the overall experience still felt smooth, and the staff stayed consistently friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming throughout.
