There were two rounds one technical and the other managerial round. There were two persons for the technical round, and they have given me a scenario to automate.And also many other technical questions from selenium and also from Java. And the managerial round was mostly about the project they are working on.

I had 3 technical rounds followed by Managerial Round and took around 4 Hour .
i got positive feedback at very next working day she(HR) asked me for all the Document and called for HR Discussion. she sent mail for HR Discussion without mention any timings.
after some time when i called her for timings information she didn't replayed anything. and next day she called me and told we can not send any offer right now because of financial Year end. i know she given excuse , but this is not expected with company like Ariba.
they simply wasted my time and leave.

Interview
I got call letter through a consultancy. 1st round was technical aptitude consisting of SQL, programming questions. 2nd was technical face to face. They asked to solve some puzzles, about project etc. And the last round was HR+technical, in which they asked about automating captcha.
