Applied through their website. Got an email from someone who at the time I believed to be the HR person for the company (later found out she was just an intern). Had a phone interview with the HR girl (intern) who then scheduled a phone interview with the CEO. After a 15 minute phone interview with the CEO was offered the position without ever having an in-person interview.
