      Quality Engineer Interview

      4 Feb 2013
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Syracuse, NY
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at SRC (Syracuse, NY) in July 2009

      Interview

Very lengthy process, took all afternoon. Visited with many staff members around the building. A nice setup and location. Each person spoke to me informally. The final wrap up with the hiring manager was a long talk for over an hour about how I would change this or that. We toured the complex and I was shown a bunch of supposedly military-secret projects that were being worked on. Very well equipped facilities.

      Question 1

Nothing was really difficult. They all worked with technologies that were familiar to me. Their packaging was military grade.
