Interview process was about 2 hour
There was two sections:
Competency-based Questions - Teamwork, Analytical mindset, Problem solving, Continuous learning, Innovation
Technical Questions based on the Excel test (dataset was provided to work on during the interview)

Standard competency based questions. Easy to follow. Presentations required to show working knowledge of certain work areas. Good level of understanding of subject matter is essential. Need to make sure to research company before interview.
