Very interactive and relax. The interviewers were professional and I was able to ask my questions, which they responded professionally as interview is a two way , as cultural fit is important for me too.
The interview process was via Microsoft Teams, two interviewers and they made sure I was relaxed and felt comfortable before proceeding with the real interview questions. The interview lasted 30 minutes.

What would you consider as great customer service ?

Group tasks, a tour and then a one on one interview which includes a mock phone call task where the interviewer pretends to be a customer making a call.

Mostly standard interview questions based around customer service. The mock phone call part was what I found unexpected and difficult.
