For a junior position, the interview process required meeting with 2 senior software managers. There were several behavioural questions which were then followed by many technical questions related to programming. Part of the questions were really testing on my approach to problem solving. They were trying to understanding if I could think outside of the box.

There were some very specific programming questions which required a good understanding of how to program efficiently (for embedded systems).

Interview
The process was good, standard interview questions. Some topics were taken in-depth. Very good experience. Server, side and a lot of technical questions were covered. It was easier and knowledgable.
I did not receive any feedback after two interviews. Even if I didn't get the job, the minimum to do is to give feedback. I may not be suitable for the position, but the least they can do is say so and briefly explain why
The interview was on call, it continued for 1 hour .. In a conference call different questions have been asked .. some of the questions were very tough and some of them were average.
