Interview process extremely convoluted. Hiring mgrs have a energy that suggests, not wanting to hire the best, but wanting to hire someone that does not threaten their position in the company. Quick to assess one as over qualified, or haven’t the skill set for a position that doesn’t require that skill set. Essentially being told, you’d be an outstanding employee for the company, but you’ll only sever my goals for 12-18 months

it was good. smooth process , kept up to date at all times. had 1st and 2nd stage interviews and a presentation. everything went well. very organised from start to finish.
