I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SailPoint Technologies (London, England) in June 2024
Interview
In the first round of recruitment, you will first make a phone call to understand your job search goals. Why do you want to apply for this job? What experience do you have in the past that is relevant to the job opening?
The second level is the Hiring Manager. The questions asked are similar to recruitment, but some questions are asked about how to manage the team. The time is controlled very well, and the overall interview is very good.
The third level is the examination of technical assignments. The technical team will only send a notice after reviewing and deeming it feasible.
The fourth level is the technical team interview to confirm whether the culture matches each other.

Interview
Terrible interview process. Weeks between each stage and after a 5 step process, a 3+ hour technical test mid way through, I was told they were not proceeding with me after the final culture interview which I felt went quite well.. I was given no feedback.
I had 2 interviews after the technical assesment, one of which was a technical question interview, which I assume I passed to get to the final, and usually a formality, cultues interview.
I have been ghosted. Don't bother interviewing.. I could have been told much sooner, there is nothing in the culture interview to make me think it went anything but great... unless discrimination is occuring here.
