First I met with a recruiter who screened me, then she passed me to the next recruiter who I strategically worked with to determine what open roles would best align with my skillsets.
Once we decided which roles that fit best, I interviewed with two hiring managers. From there, I did a panel interview with two hiring managers and their boss.
