I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Singapore) in Feb 2020
Interview
Applied through Employee referral. Recruitment team lead by Ritu reached out the very next day. Discussed about my back ground. Then followed by a email confirmation for the first screening round.
First round, conducted by a Lead Network Architect form the US, questions on Layer 2 and Layer 3 concepts. 45 mins session. Fascinated by the way he tested the skills. 2 weeks later I got a confirmation from the team that I sailed through the first round and they wanted to proceed further with the next round.
Second round, 6 sessions, 45min - 1hr each with Lead Engineers, Architects, Hiring Manager, Director and VP. All top notch in the Field. Well organised interview arrangements were made by Han and Ritu. Interviews were scheduled based on my availability. Mostly early mornings and evening sessions as most of the interviewers were based in the US time zone. A session with the Singapore was included as well.
Interviewers were all friendly, very experienced and knowledgable. They welcomed questions. Shared about the team and the hyper scale infra they operate. One of the best technical rounds I ever had. Intense but very much self rewarding. Feel free to say I dont know if you dont know the answer, I think they appreciate that.
The response from the recruiting team on the outcome was noteworthy. Got a call from Recruiter the very next week and she patiently shared feedback based on each interviews which you dont often receive elsewhere.
Overall, a great experience. Thanks to the interviewers and the recruitment team.

All the five interviews were two-to-one and they felt comfortable.
One interviewer asked the questions and the other one was writing. Pretty good experience.
