Not a lot of info was given about the position. First and only question was "Tell me something about yourself". Some like this very open question some hate it. It was just a screening call though,
- Tell me a little bit about yourself?

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Atlanta, GA)
Consisted of a HR screening, first round interview with two regional directors, and a final interview with two regional directors and the director of the entire region. The final interview consisted of a presentation to them on a Salesforce product and how you would approach your territory. The entire process was extremely communicative and explained exactly what was looked for by the HR team.

It was a 3 stage interview. The first stage was a screening call with a member from the hiring team. This round consisted of behavioral and basic technical questions. The next round was Analytical Exercise round which consisted of running ML models on a given data set to derive business insights. The last round was a presentation of the insights to the hiring manager.
- Mix of behavioral and technical questions. Behavioral questions consisted of questions such as -' tell me an example when you did not agree with something with your teammate'. Technical questions were based on SQL, tables, Having vs Where query.

Recruiter Screen and hiring manager screen. Recruiter screen was very unprofessional and took a short time. she sounded like she didn't want to be there and cut me off while i was answering questions. barely asked about my qualifications. Asked me about a hiring manager interview on the spot which usually means they are desperate for workers. I declined due to super low pay and the JD not fitting what the role actually was.

- What are 3 qualities you have that are a fit for this role
- why are you leaving your current position
