I submitted an application online and waited a couple months. I heard back, scheduled a face-to-face interview and moved on from there. After that, I took 2 3-hour training sessions where we watched videos and went through a handbook. I started the next day.
Received email with time slot for in person interview. Easy interview. Only cared about availability. Very little was discussed during our time together. Available days the main focus of interview. Slightly Frustrating because application already had completed list of availability. No
Sat down with customer service lead and was asked a series of questions. Mostly about experience with customer service and about availability. Process was very smooth and easy. I was offered a job.
It was very quick and mostly a formality. Asked questions such as how to deal with customers and your strengths. They were very nice and asked when to start immediately after.
