Interview
The hiring process was easy I applied and I got called back 5 days later for an interview. Where I was asked your normal questions. Hard situation, how did you handle it. They asked about sales and how much years have I had doing it. I was told that Selling the membership was more important than the member (sam's club share). I was asked to sell a pen to the supervisor. Then I was offered a job.
Received email with time slot for in person interview. Easy interview. Only cared about availability. Very little was discussed during our time together. Available days the main focus of interview. Slightly Frustrating because application already had completed list of availability. No
Sat down with customer service lead and was asked a series of questions. Mostly about experience with customer service and about availability. Process was very smooth and easy. I was offered a job.
It was very quick and mostly a formality. Asked questions such as how to deal with customers and your strengths. They were very nice and asked when to start immediately after.
