The Chief Executive Officer contacted me and we did the first interview by web-cam. Then they sent a task to do in less then 4 week days. The task an entire campaign with video/photo - digital and print assets.
Sent the task and they basically said that they will let me know... Months passed and still nothing. Found out after few months that they used all my creative ideas to all their reels and social communications.
So be careful if you apply with them because unfortunately they are going to use your idea, and disappear!
I am not sure now if the role was ever available or just a ploy they use to get free creative.

Interview
A WHOLE BIG MESS.
After applying, I was interviewed by the Marketing Director straight away - then GHOSTED for A MONTH.
Low and behold - I was invited back for an interview, as long as I responded to a HUGE creative task (a red flag - if you know, you know) - after presenting the task at interview to Sarah, the CEO, Marketing Director and outsider Brand Consultant - I was ghosted for ANOTHER two weeks and ghosted over three times when I tried to grasp a timeline.
Long and short - their recent Art Director & Graphic Designer have both mysteriously left the business - I'm not sure they know what position they're hiring for, the interview was very informal - almost like they were seeking gossip from other brands I'd worked at, a very strange take but each to their own.
