I applied online....Got an interview call within a week.... Interview was simple...I was asked on technical question. After that I got a tour of the office and was provided with a free lunch. Got the job offer with in the next week.

3 hours long interview. The interviewers were easy to talk to, they asked simple technical/ background questions to gauge level of expertise of the person being interviewed. If you have power courses from college that would help but not necessary
