No real interview - You tell them your background and they tell you the shift available and what the pay is. You fill out the paper work and report for the shift you are hired for.

None. Most of the people are looking for a full time job in their field and they allow timeoff to go and interview.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Scanning America (Hampton, VA) in Jan 2015
Interview
It's through a hiring agency. When I received a call a month or so later asking if I was still interested in the position, she conducted the phone interview right then. The next day she called me back to schedule an in person interview for the following day. That same day she called to let me know when to show up for work.
