It took about a week or so from sending the application to receiving the interview invitation, the interview communication was very simple, there was no HR department, the interview was directly with the supervisor, during which I waited for more than a week to receive the interview feedback.

Interview
The recruiter Roman contacted me. We had a short call after some time I got a task to complete then I sent it back and I was invited for a tech interview for 2 hours. Then after 2 weeks, I asked what you feedback should we continue or if you decided to move forward with another candidate. Roman told me that they liked me and they let me know about the 3rd stage. It has already been more than a month no response yet. Typical Russian company

standard pythonic interview questions. the interviewer was reading from a paper. Sometime you could feel even he doesn't understand the question.
HR is lacking in that you really don't dare take an issue to them, as there can be backlash for it. They act annoyed if you do have a complaint.
They pay their employees above the standard wage and do provide decent benefits to their employees.
There is a drawback though to all of this, they do have a lot of layoffs and you can find yourself all of a sudden unemployed.
The process they use in laying off of personnel is done compassionately by HR Reps either.
They are willing to provide and all training you need at no cost to you and they do also strive for a safe working environmental for their employees
