Interview
In-person interview at the SWT's head office and a panel of three interviewers. I was asked to prepare answers to two questions in advance of the interview and then share in the interview.

Question 1
I was given a couple of questions to respond to ahead of the interview, one of which was a query from a member of the public about how to access one of the SWT's reserves. I had to research the reserve and its location and prepare an answer to the query.
Another question was about how to respond to being asked to do some work by a member of staff at the office who wasn't in my team and how would I deal with this.
I was also asked about what I liked about administration work and how did I balance it with my other self employment work.

Interview
Series of typical interview questions, followed by me presenting for 5 minutes explaining an environmental lesson I would teach. They also presented me with 5 items for me to identify.
