Generally straight forward telephone interview . Expected Competency questions . Describe a time when you showed flexibility and had to change your approach . Questions on what you know about the business you are applying for and general company operations

Describe and explain some core elements of Electricity production and Key points of the Network e.g Transformers , Voltage Values . Also for Mechanical Questions relating to Pipes
Video interview process after submitting the application back in 2022. I had to answer series of questions and record it. I had to then go for an assessment centre which was done with a group.

Interview
Completed the Hirevue interview where general interview questions were asked as well as an online assessment. The online assessment was similar to other assessments from other companies and was nothing special.
