Interviews are Competency Based using STAR, Situation, Task, Action, Result . very effective to draw out real action. Well structured with probing questions. Competencies provided, so no excuse not to be prepared.

The process is one stage interview, they asked competency based questions and required a presentation. The topic was provided few days in advance to make sure candidates have enough time to prepare then followed up with questions around the presentation during interview.
