Interviewed with 3 different people, they talk about inclusion and diversity but all 3 people I was interviewed by were white women, I didn't see diversity included in the interview process and I was interviewed by people that I could tell didn't have the knowledge I've seen from people in similar positions at other Fortune 500 companies.
