The interview process went smoothly, with clear direction in the questions and answers. I was able to answer almost 95% of the questions confidently. However, on the HR side, there has been complete silence despite follow-ups via email and WhatsApp. This ghosting behavior needs to be addressed and improved. Candidates don’t mind being declined we just want a clear update on our interview status.
