I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sedgwick (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2016
Interview
Two interviews. Both went well. There weren't any questions. Just small talk about how great the company was like they were convincing themselves. After you get through the second interview, then you have to deal with the wait for equipment to be shipped. This was a work at home position, so it took a while. The whole thing was honestly a sign I should have seen.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult customer. What did you do to handle the situation
Wacky. Doesn’t appear that HR and the Hiring Managers are working together. They have a long list of jobs on the website, but if you don’t fit into the exact time slot the hiring manager needs, you are out. IMO not a good way to do business. You look for the best candidates and see what open positions they may fit instead of just one position.
