Interview
First of all, there was a confusion between Job description and actual hiring title - Interviewer was able to explain this properly.
Interview was fine and thoughtful, not much technical questions asked. Attended 3 rounds, one phone, a face to face, and an hr discussion. Interviewer seemed curious about my previous works, HR wasn't. The office looked very dull. HR projects confidence as your over-confidence. HR spoke of giving incentives twice a year to deserving-signs of bending rules and out of policy actions or probably running in low budget. HR tries to clarify fake cultural events. HR wasn't interested in answering questions on these areas when prompted. HR boasts about being in a German company, which makes the experience dull and HR rude.
Inside the office you need access key cards for toilets as well. Office is now 3 years old, so are the employees. HR won't comprehend your industry outlook. Senvion didn't seem to have a proper growth plan on employee engagement as well. Don't expect common courtesy. They would back down from any initial agreement on salary. Overall was waste of time.

Interview
Basic engineering concepts and past experience. Had telephonic interview with team member, and then called for face to face followed by HR round.
The process went were smooth, and got the offer in two weeks.
