They take week after week to review cv and then they finally arrange a so called f2f interview but that will happen via webcam but such a big company won't even give you headset and mic for that.interviewers won't also use that.interviewers are from Holland but they themselves are confused what they are looking for.they take long time discussing useless stuff and will ask you same question over and over again.they call it technical round without asking anything technical.when you speak of your work describing the tech stuff you are doing they interrupt you and tell you to tell in a nutshell.if you say less then they again ask you same thing saying they want to understand it in details.
