I was first contacted by a rep who spoke to me about the details on their training program, lasted about 30 minutes. I was then contacted for a second interview at headquarters, which lasted about 3-4 hours. Spoke to three department heads about the jobs and what they entailed. They were all very nice people. I was hired about a week after.
