Interview
First, there was a round of technical interview, where different aspects of structural analysis and design were discussed. It includes basic graduate-level analysis and advanced design like earthquake resistant design of structures. After that motivation for the job and salary was discussed in the second round with Human Resource executive.
Interviewers were friendly and keen to know about the views. During telephonic interview, it was an introduction round with the personal & professional introduction. Then another around was face to face.
