HR screen, excel test, 3 interviews. Like many other applicants, once they decide they are no longer interested you get ghosted. Not sure how much effort it takes to send an automated rejection email but maybe consider doing it so applicants wont have to follow up multiple times with no response.
Straightforward process. HR recruiter reached out to me to schedule the screening call. They asked questions about my qualifications and passed my resume to the hiring manager. It was emphasized that it was supposed to be a video interview. I was on camera, but the hiring manager was not, I thought it was weird and unprofessional.

The recruiter set up all of the interviews and was quick to respond throughout the interview process up until the final interview (3 total) after that interview I sent a follow up email with no response. After 3 weeks went by I contacted the recruiter again with no response. I never did receive an email or phone call stating I was not selected. With how responsive they were initially it really caught me off guard when I got ghosted after the third interview.
