I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Silicon Valley Bank (San Diego, CA) in Jan 2016
Interview
Easy interview process. Spoke with current associates and VP's. Process took less than a month. Question were a mix of behaviorial and technical. Associates seemed really involved with the bank's hiring process.
It was very smooth, they made me comfortable to answer the questions,it is important to communicate and be clear while you answer don't tell thing which you have no idea about.
Super chill interview - just wanted to know more about you and your interests! There were around 4 total interviews with different managers in the department and they asked a couple of technical questions from your resume depending on the experience you have had previously.

Tell me more about what you want to do in the future
The interview process was not tedious or stressful and it was overall the questions were structured to have you discuss yourself and your experience. The interview felt more like a conversation than a rigid question and answer format.
