Had an initial interview with the hiring manager. Then spoke to a recruiter. Then did a round with colleagues that work on different teams. Then a panel of analysts. Overall, everyone was really nice, but it took over two months from the initial conversation.

Question 1
The technical questions were very basic and somewhat generic as far as what you would want to probe for a credit analyst. And then there were the types of behavioral questions that are so ridiculous that you can't believe they even asked (e.g. "tell me about a time when..."). Was hoping the conversations would be a bit more dynamic.
