Interview
I applied with Skywest and got invited to the hiring event/interview. It started with a group interview with about 80-90 of us. Each of us had to stand in front of the group and explain what qualities a flight attendant should have. Most of our answers were great, but unfortunately they only picked 25 people to go forward for the individual interviews. Just a huge waste of time in my opinion.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Interview
Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
