Interview
1) A recruiter reached out via LinkedIn. Met with this recruiter over coffee. I think I had my laptop to show samples, which we did briefly.
2) Met with the lead of the practice director that was hiring. We did a brief design portfolio review and the PAD told me about the department that was hiring.
3) Met with another practice director. Brief design portfolio review.
Offer came a day or so later via phone. They offered more than I was expecting.

Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter. After the first round of technical interview I was told that my skill set does not align with the requirement. But still they would like to continue the interview process ( a big red flag). I went through 5 rounds of interview and only to be told later that they don't have a matching role at this time. That was really a big waste of time. They were aware that my profile did not match still they scheduled 6 rounds of interview. This was a very bad experience.
