I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom (Boston, MA) in Feb 2017
Interview
The interview process was easy to navigate through and the roles that the different folks played at the company was clear. The one clarity that would have been a nice to have would be to have had a final interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was the first person in the process.
Thank you for your feedback on the recruiting process with Slalom. We've taken note of your suggestion to make the final interview be with the hiring manager - appreciate the recommendation. Congratulations on your offer and decision to join Slalom!

Question 1
Tell me about a situation in which you had to deal with a very upset client (or customer).|
Pre-interview to only talk about initial level of interest, not a formal interview yet. There is a possibility of touch-base in the future for this opportunity when they expand in this specific area.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom (Boston, MA) in Mar 2022
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter. After the first round of technical interview I was told that my skill set does not align with the requirement. But still they would like to continue the interview process ( a big red flag). I went through 5 rounds of interview and only to be told later that they don't have a matching role at this time. That was really a big waste of time. They were aware that my profile did not match still they scheduled 6 rounds of interview. This was a very bad experience.
