I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Slync in Apr 2022
Interview
Three interviews. Initial, Hiring Manager, Technical.
First two were laid back and typical get to know you questions. Final was a deep dive into different technologies involved for the job. AWS, Linux, Prom/Graf, Ansible, Terraform, etc.
However, instead of ever sending a no thank you letter, they simply ghosted and several weeks later still no word, but they reposted the job on LinkedIn.
The recruiter reached out to me related to the role.
The interview process was 30 mins with a recruiter.
1hr with VP of engg
Two rounds of 1hr each with engg directors.
The recruiter was not able to explain the process and role properly. Later on when mailed to ask questions the recruiter never answered any of them. After completing the interviews they never reached out. They completely ghosted without giving any explanation etc. For someone who is interviewing for a leadership role the company at least needs to have proper people in the hiring department.
I wouldn't recommend anyone to even interview there. The top management VP and engg directors are genuine and good people but the HR department seems to be lacking in professionalism.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Slync in June 2021
Interview
Multiple steps. Everyone is a very positive and experienced engineer from my point of view.
After the second stage contacted HR a few times, no reply e.g. no feedback or something. I can tell this is a very healthy company, not sure where they value talents. It was overall a great experience having a conversation and big negative for HR.
