I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Smartsheet (Bellevue, WA) in Jan 2020
Interview
I was contacted by the hiring manager regarding an opening at Smartsheet. My experience speaking with the hiring manager was great, but the onsite loop was a poor candidate experience. Two sessions were remote where there were technical difficulties and both interviewers went over time, leaving no room to ask questions at the end. Lunch was provided, which was nice, but it was difficult to interview and eat at the same time. Additionally, one of my lunch interviewers didn’t seem to really care about my presence and spoke to her colleague on the side about whether she was on a keto diet...
I didn’t get an offer, which is fine, but sending a generic rejection template when I was initially reached out to is incredibly disrespectful.
Extensa, consta de aproximadamente 5 stages: Entrevista con el reclutador, entrevista con el Hiring Manager, entrevista tipo Loop con al menos 3 miembros del equipo, entrevista ejecutiva con el manager +1

Interview
The interview process was pretty laid back. I enjoyed the first two interviews I had quite a bit, as the conversations felt very human and relaxed. A few behavioral and technical questions were asked to get a better understanding of my background.
Honestly, my issues are more with the final interview and follow up. My final interview was a panel with 3 members of the team I would be joining. 1 of them was great to talk to and had a lot of great insight into the role, but the other 2 didn't really seem interested to talk to me. It felt very robotic and that they were more forced into having to do an interview rather than find a good candidate for their team. At this stage, I was turned down for the position. No big deal - it happens and I'm sure they found someone great for the position.
When I got the rejection email, I reached out to my recruiter to thank them for their time and ask for specific feedback from the interview process on what I could have improved on. It's been a few weeks and I have heard nothing back. Needless to say, this was extremely disappointing. I put in a decent amount of time into their interview process (roughly two and a half to three hours), so the least I would expect is the courtesy to provide specific feedback on what could have been done differently.

Good interview. Quick 30 minute call, then a 4 hour interview with multiple interviewers. Overall very thorough and good introduction to many people you will work with both directly and indirectly.
