Alot of past history questions. Questions of your experience. How you would do a scenario type question. 30 min long 4 interview sessions/panel like Not tough questions but something to think about.

Hours and hours of waffle with inexperienced interviewers. Most have been there way to long and have no sense of the job market outside of Smartsheet. They just talk and talk about themselves. Not surprised they can’t grow and be competitive in the market.
