I am concerned that the interview with the "hiring manager" was done via text only on Microsoft Teams. In all of my years, I have never had an interview done like that. They offered me the job the next day. It seems unprofessional to conduct an interview that way and makes me very uneasy as to the legitimacy of this offer.
