The interview process was straightforward and friendly. I was contacted a few days after submitting my application and invited for an in-person interview. The manager asked about my availability, teamwork skills, and how I handle busy situations. The atmosphere was relaxed, and it felt more like a conversation than a formal interview. It lasted around 15–20 minutes, and I received a job offer shortly after.

A: I said I would stay calm, listen carefully to their concern, and do my best to resolve the issue—whether that’s offering an exchange, refund, or calling a supervisor if needed.
Very nice sat down with the manager asked me questions about my previous experiences, how I would deal with an angry customer, how long I would be in the position my availability
