Short and to the point. Two interviewers who let you guide the interview, only ask the basic questions like availability and preferred salary. Quick to get back to you once they have decided.
- What’s your availability? Do you prefer to work days or nights?
Anonymous Employee
I interviewed at Sodexo
Questions were general, about my experience with past food service jobs, and a couple hypothetical questions about how I would handle situations (to show problem solving skills, how I might react to rude customers, etc.).
- How I would respond to an angry customer.

It was horrible. The manager made me wait for 20 minutes I thought he forgot about me. Then when he did arrive, he did not have questions prepared and just made me uncomfortable. I did not hear back from him until I reached out to him. The same thing happened to a friend of mine, except he never answered her message.
