Interview
The interview was first with a personnel agency. Average interview, for only one hour. Tests of PC skills and selling skills. I did not get much information about the job itself. The second time I spoke directly with the HR manager of the company and my new boss. That was held only in czech and was pretty easy.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Sodexo (Santiago)
Interview
Initial comunication was made by telephone.
Sodexo contacted me looking for a mining experienced engineer to develop services concerning mining processes.
Then came a personal interview with the Mining Area Services Director.
After reached an agreement, a contract was issued.
There was just a short introduction to the company's rules, and a brief knoledge of some areas and people, but not more than 2 days.
People was generally very kind.

Question 1
The most difficult question was to break the huge FOOD enterprise philosophy, to open eyes for businesses that were so differents from the catering business, more risky and phisically more agressive to people (normal in mine sites).
