The interview process at Sofascore had three stages. First was a short introductory call via Microsoft Teams. After that, I was invited for in-person psychological testing. The final step was a brief in-person conversation with the Head of HR, which lasted around 10 minutes. The process felt quite formal and structured, but the final interview was very short.
