So, the HR was really persistent about me taking the first round, which I’d already expected after reading reviews of the company. In my current company, a few employees came from there and shared negative experiences, so I wanted to see for myself how bad it could be. I went ahead and gave the first round, which was led by the head of HR, and surprisingly, she had a good grasp of technical stuff.
Then came the technical round. I purposely took my time answering, and the interviewer, who was a woman, got really impatient. She actually started yelling things like, 'This is so easy, why are you taking so long?' and 'Oh, really? Is that your answer?' It was honestly ridiculous. I just thought to myself, 'Thank God I’m not choosing this company!'
