Started with a phone interview, then onto an unpaid 8 hour "work day" interview. They told me I had the job, led me on and then never started. This "company" is a total unethical scam.
More like a modeling interview complete with videotaped answers. I thought it was a little over the top for a job spend on the phone taking inbound calls, now I know why.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at SoftRock (Orlando, FL) in June 2013
Interview
presentation with lunch and taking phone calls . manager was listening and evaluating. presentation that was followed by a working lunch that contained interview questions. then each job prospect took about 3-5 calls from people looking to find jobs. the goal was to get them interested in educational opportunities instead of finding work.
