Der gesamte Prozess bestand aus insgesamt 3 Gesprächsterminen und einem Online Assessment. Der Ablauf des Zweitgesprächs beinhaltete die Vorstellung des Unternehmens, der Ansprechpartner und meiner Person. Danach wurde klar abgesteckt, wie die Strategie des Unternehmens ist und wie ich in dieser Rolle dazu beitragen kann. Neben meinen Fähigkeiten wurden dann auch Entwicklungspotenziale besprochen. Zwischendurch gab es immer wieder Zeit und Raum sich auch zwischenmenschlich besser kennenzulernen.

Cognitive test with 100 questions. 30 minute interview by a sales rep that could not answer my questions about career growth, OTE, and more. I liked the open forum of meeting different leadership.
Unfortunately, this has not been the smoothest hiring experience for me. For example, I received notice that the hiring process was on hold only half an hour before my scheduled second interview, and now I receive an email that the position has been filled. There were also some last-minute schedule changes when a colleague unexpectedly took a day off, leaving no one to communicate the update.
The hiring process often reflects a company's values and practices, and, based on this experience, I'm not sure I see a strong alignment.
