Met with the company at a career's fair, and was advised that I should contact HR (with a specific email address) to receive a copy of the application form. Information about the role at this stage was minimal (deliberately, I think).
Application form was quite long but a useful exercise in itself for preparing for the next stages. It addressed your current academics and experience and how that related to the role, what your career plans were, as well as detailed questions about previous qualifications.
The interview was very short, and I had been advised this would be the case before hand - just 25 minutes. I was asked the 4 questions below and then the USP question. The process was then explained more fully. For this round I was told there had been 400 applicants and they were conducting 140 interviews - so it is highly competitive. The next stage, if i am successful, will be an assessment centre.
