I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines
Interview
I applied online and about a week later, received an email from a recruiter asking to fill out a detailed online application with all employment/education history for the past five years. He also wanted to schedule a phone interview. Had the phone interview a few days later. A few days after the phone interview, received a call inviting to a F2F interview at the airport. Two managers and an HR rep on the phone conducted this interview. Pretty tough interview overall. They went through employment history and asked a decent amount of questions. Was told should hear something within the next week.

Interview
Easy peasy lemon squeezy just be yourself and you should not have a problem having little to no airline experience and still got hired. Multiple interviews not a short process but overall easy
Southwest conducts an information session to discuss the position in detail before being invited to a one-on-one interview. The expectations of the position were laid out in a clear manner.
