Contacted me for an interview, took a number of days to schedule. The first step was a screening with a recruiter, she asked four technical questions she had written down and then told me the answers after I answered them.

What part of a beam is in compression and what part is in tension? What is the ideal shape for a beam.
If you do not know the fundamentals, you will not succeed. I had enough to get through two technical interviews but was not flown down for the final round of interviews. Very technical but based in your knowledge of the fundamentals

Which will break first in tension, a 1/4-20 bolt or 1/4-28 bolt?
Three to four round interview. First one with a recruiter then two technical and an onsite. Interviewers will grill you on resume but are very upfront. The interviewers themselves in my experience are welcoming.
